Visit the Book Santa page and complete the availability request form with as much information as possible about your celebration. The Holly Jolly Santa will review your request and normally respond within 24 hours to discuss availability and next steps.Submitting the form requests availability but does not confirm your visit. Your date is confirmed after you receive a personal confirmation and complete any required agreement and payment.

The Holly Jolly Santa serves Parkersburg, West Virginia; Marietta, Ohio; Vienna, West Virginia; Belpre, Ohio; Williamstown, West Virginia; and communities throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley.Planning an event outside this area? Submit an availability request with the location, and we can discuss whether travel may be possible.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

Popular dates, particularly weekends in December, can fill quickly. Organizations and photographers often reserve dates well in advance, and many events book The Holly Jolly Santa from year to year.You are encouraged to submit your request as soon as you know your preferred date. An inquiry does not hold a date until the booking requirements have been completed.

Is a Deposit Required?

Larger events and photography sessions generally require a 50% deposit. Standard visits are generally paid in full when booked.A requested date is not secured until the agreement has been accepted and the required deposit or payment has been received. Your quote and agreement will explain the payment requirements for your particular visit.

What Is the Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy?

Deposits are generally nonrefundable when a client cancels a confirmed visit. Requests to reschedule are handled according to availability and should be made as early as possible.The cancellation and rescheduling terms included in your individual agreement will control your booking.

When Will The Holly Jolly Santa Arrive?

For most private visits and parties, The Holly Jolly Santa will call or text the designated contact approximately five minutes before arrival. Someone from the event can then meet Santa and assist with the entrance if needed.For larger or special events, The Holly Jolly Santa generally arrives approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled appearance unless another arrangement is included in the agreement.

Every visit is different. Please include special requests, accessibility considerations, important family details, and scheduling needs in your availability request. The Holly Jolly Santa will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them.Changes to a confirmed event should be requested as early as possible. Because multiple appearances may be scheduled on the same day, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
